Benesh Chudasama
Benesh Chudasama is the co-founder and CEO of Evolve. After receiving his BBA from George Washington University, he worked in Finance and a Big Data startup prior to completing his MBA at Carnegie Mellon. After graduating in 2019, Benesh worked at Amazon for 3 years as a Program Manager, becoming a manager himself, before joining Google in 2022.
By finding his own happiness and stability by working for his dream companies, Amazon and Google, Benesh found his passion for helping achieve the same satisfaction in their careers. Benesh’s goal for Evolve is to help everyone put their best foot forward for any career path, and for each customer to pick up skills to help their own community.
Leo Katsman
Leo Katsman is the co-founder of Evolve. After receiving his B.S. in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University, Leo worked in Analytics and Product Management in the Insurance Industry before completing his MBA at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business. Since graduating in 2019, Leo has worked at Amazon in various Product Management and Category Management roles and currently manages his own team of category managers.
Throughout his career, Leo has worked diligently to guide individuals toward achieving their professional goals. His passion for helping others is reflected in his approach, characterized by empathy, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions. Leo’s communication skills and ability to identify individual strengths and aspirations enable him to provide insightful career advice and guidance. His passion and forward-thinking approach led to his involvement in Evolve, where he hopes to make a significant impact on the lives of his clients.
